- Creating your Soundwaves by JANDO piece couldn’t be easier. Open the pack, scan the QR code inside and use your unique code to place your order.
- Add a link to the song on your order form (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube or Vimeo). We also accept video & audio files but we are unable to accept audio or video files where you are not the copyright owner.
- All Soundwaves by JANDO prints are fully customisable, you can change the colour of the soundwave, the background and you also customise your greeting or title of the print.
- Once we receive your order we will start to work on your design. We’ll send you through a proof for approval before we go to print. We’re also here to help you with colour combinations or any other questions you may have.
- Your print is designed and printed in-house on fine art archival paper using pigment based inks, which means your piece is guaranteed to retain its vivid colour and striking aesthetic for a lifetime.
- Your print will be mounted in one of our locally made wooden frames, using wood sourced from sustainably managed forests.
All prints are printed and made to order.
We aim to dispatch all orders from our studio within 7 business days.
Please allow additional time during busy periods. Once your order has been dispatched, shipping times will vary depending on where you are based.
All orders are shipped via DPD and a tracking number will be provided in your ‘Order Shipped’ notification.
