Built in 1910, and tucked away just north of the River Liffey, the iconic Williams & Woods building once hummed with the sweet aroma of chocolate as it served as a production hub for the Rowntree Mackintosh Company.
Today, the Chocolate Factory is home to a community of artists, designers, and innovators and has been transformed into a creative, multi-purpose space while keeping its architectural soul intact.
At the heart of the building is the JANDO showroom and studio, which transforms into one of the city’s most unique and atmospheric event spaces. Thick brick walls, exposed beams, and large New York loft–style windows flood the space with natural light, creating a setting that’s full of character and warmth.

We used JANDO Studio for our recent event for Intersport Elverys and Nike for the Launch of the Nike Vomero 18. The event space fitted the event concept perfectly as it was such a unique blank canvas we felt it had all the potential to be exactly what our event needed and of course from a client service point of view, Julie was fabulous to deal with and came with a wealth of knowledge and connections and the overall support she offered on the night was amazing. We will be back in JANDO Studios. The location was central, had great parking and public transport available so attendees could get in and out without any fuss.
