Returns Policy

Refunds & Exchanges

In the unfortunate event that you may wish to return an item, we ask you to get in touch within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Once the return has been approved by us, the item must be sent back and received by us within 2 weeks from that date or we will be unable to accept it. Always contact us before returning an item as it will more than likely be rejected otherwise, please contact us at info@jandodesign.com.

  • We only offer refunds or exchanges on non-custom orders as proofs are sent on all custom orders before going to print. 
  • Items can only be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of the order and must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Items must have been purchased from our website. Proof of purchase from jandodesign.com required.
  • Refunds are made to the original card holder only.
  • The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility.  
  • When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage of your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately. Any items which arrive back damaged due to insufficient packaging will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only considered if work has not commenced on custom items. In this case, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.  On all non-custom items, you can cancel your order but only before the item has shipped. Cancellations are not possible on shipped items.
