To place an order, simply browse our collections, select your favourite items, and click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, head to the checkout page and follow the steps to complete your order.
No account is needed. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your order history, save shipping details, and checkout faster next time.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to modify it. Contact us as soon as possible here with your order number and request.
You should receive an order confirmation email once you have completed your order, so please make note of the email address you use. If you haven’t received it, please check your junk and spam folders. If you still can’t find it, please contact us at here.
Yes, absolutely! Simply add your message at checkout and we’ll personally handwrite it for you.
Yes, for all custom Soundwaves by JANDO orders, we'll email you a digital proof before printing. We only go to print once you've approved the final version to ensure you're 100% happy with your custom piece.
All online orders carry a minimum spend of €10 excluding shipping.
Delivery
Yes we ship worldwide. We ship all items with DPD. We’ll provide you with a tracking number so you can track your order from the second it leaves our studio.
Delivery costs are:
- Ireland - €6.50
- UK - €9
- Europe - €9.50
- USA & Canada - €12
- Australia & New Zealand - €12
- ROW - €12
We aim to ship all orders within 7 business days but this can vary, especially during busy times like Christmas. If you need something sooner, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Delivery times will vary depending on where you are based.
Upon shipping, you will be sent a tracking number so you can check the current location of your parcel as it makes its way to you. You can track your item on DPD Tracking using the unique tracking number we provide.
Estimated delivery times with DPD are:
- Ireland: 1 - 3 Working Days
- UK: 3 - 6 Working Days
- Europe: 5 - 7 Working Days
- USA & Canada: 7 - 10 Working Days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10 - 12 Working Days
- ROW: 10 - 12 Working Days
All custom items are made to order. Please allow up to 10 business days for a digital proof.
If you need an order by a specific date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
No worries! Using your tracking number, you can easily reschedule or redirect your delivery on DPD to a more convenient time or location.

Yes, we offer a collection service from our studio and showroom in Dublin 1. Just select the ‘Pick Up’ option at checkout and we’ll be in touch as soon as your order is ready for collection.
For orders within Ireland and the rest of Europe, there are no customs or import charges. For the UK and the rest of the world, your parcel may be subject to customs or import charges.
Refunds & Exchanges
IIf you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@jandodesign.com. Returns must be approved by us before sending anything back. Once approved, the item must be received by us within 14 days of the approval date. Unauthorised returns will be rejected.
We can only offer refunds or exchanges on non-custom orders. For custom orders, we send proofs before printing, so these are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
It must have been purchased directly from jandodesign.com, and proof of purchase is required.
Refunds can only be made to the original cardholder.
The cost of returning an item is your responsibility. You must obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please package returns securely, we cannot accept items damaged due to insufficient packaging.

Cancellations are only considered if work has not commenced on custom items. On all non-custom items, you can cancel your order before it has shipped. Cancellations are not possible on shipped orders.
Print Workshops
All screen printing workshops take place in our studio located in The Chocolate Factory, 26 King’s Inn Street, Rotunda, Dublin 1, D01 P2W7.
You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the scheduled workshop for a full refund, or reschedule to an alternative date (subject to availability). Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 3 days before the workshop are non-refundable.
Not at all! Our workshops are designed for complete beginners as well as those looking to refresh their screenprinting skills. We guide you through every step of the way.
We recommend that you wear comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a little dirty. Aprons are provided, but printing can get messy!
Yes, you’ll leave with your very own hand-printed JANDO creation.
Workshops are open to anyone aged 16 and above. Those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is also participating in the workshop.
Yes, we provide water and light snacks.
Yes, our studio is wheelchair accessible. If you have any accessibility needs, please contact us in advance of your session and we’re happy to help.
Not in our 2-hour classes, but longer sessions with that option are coming soon.
Yes, we take photos and videos to share on our website and social media channels. If you’d prefer not to be photographed, let us know when you arrive and we’ll respect your privacy.
